B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the community. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep to ensure strong curb appeal and a welcoming living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include grounds care, exterior maintenance, amenity upkeep, and assisting with maintenance tasks. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently, with on-site

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work independently with daily task management.
• Knowledge of cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of property including grounds, breezeways, and buildings.
• Inspect exterior areas daily and remove trash and debris.
• Sweep, blow, or pressure wash common areas, parking lots, and walkways.
• Assist with landscaping, painting curbs, and exterior touch-ups.
• Support maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs.
• Clean and maintain clubhouse, office, and amenity spaces, including pool area.
