Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Part-Time Porter to keep the property exterior grounds, common areas, and interior spaces clean and welcoming for residents and guests. The role emphasizes customer service and professional conduct in all interactions.

The Porter will help maintain trash areas, sidewalks, parking lots, and other communal spaces, ensuring safety and neatness while supporting occasional on-call scheduling and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior/exterior maintenance and cleaning equipment.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas; interior common areas as needed.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications as needed.
