Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Porter to maintain the exterior grounds, common areas, and interior spaces of our community. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests, reflecting our commitment to quality and service.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, assisting with trash outs, keeping maintenance spaces organized, and supporting pool area upkeep. Some overtime and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance, landscaping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic maintenance and repair knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
• Assist with pool area cleaning and maintenance.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
