Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common spaces. This role requires a service-minded approach and a professional, courteous demeanor.

Ideal candidates have grounds maintenance or janitorial experience, basic maintenance skills, and basic computer skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime or rotating on-call shifts as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic interior/exterior maintenance skills.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Support pool area cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Post notices and assist with community communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
