Carvana is seeking a hands-on Safe & Secure team member to protect associates, customers, and vehicles at the gate and on the lot. You will monitor entry, manage vehicle movement, and perform safety audits in a fast-paced environment.

You will be trained in first aid, CPR, and AED, and you’ll work across shifts to keep the site open and secure, rain or shine. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this critical role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Track record of solid decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Use our Unified Security Platform to monitor live cameras and investigate alerts.
• De-escalate and collaborate with partners to keep operations smooth.
• Run gate activity using the SAS App and RFID tech, enforcing procedures.
