Carvana is seeking a boots-on-the-ground Safe & Secure team member to protect associates and vehicles at the gate and on the lot. You’ll monitor safety, lead by example, and support a 24/7 operation with inspections and safety drills.

Role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Solid decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build quick working relationships.
• Ability to organize, plan and execute multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor safety using CCTV tools and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct clean, detailed vehicle movement reports and inspections.
• Assist with on-site safety protocols and emergency response.
