Job summary

Buckle is hiring for an on-site Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to enhance the Guest experience and drive sales. You will perform merchandising, cashiering, and store operations while collaborating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates.

You will lead by example, deliver legendary service, and ensure Buckle standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area while maintaining a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience preferred (1–3 months or more).
• Comfort with POS procedures and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist with locating items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and superior customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and uphold policies.
