Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive excellent guest service and sales results.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, train staff, and guide daily operations, including merchandising and guest engagement across the sales floor and cash wrap. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, and merchandising skills, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest engagement.

• Experience in merchandising and maintaining brand visuals.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; assist in locating items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in sales areas.
• Coordinate recruiting, training and development of Teammates to meet standards.
• Maintain and execute Visual Merchandising, stock and operations tasks.
