Job summary

Buckle is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an enjoyable shopping experience. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, recruit and develop Teammates, and drive sales performance across the store.

The role emphasizes leadership, showmanship, guest service, and collaboration with management to maintain Buckle’s standards and guest satisfaction in a full-time, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions and merchandise location.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service across the store.
• Support leadership in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Ensure policies on payments, exchanges and Loss Prevention are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable Buckle store environment.
