Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver an engaging shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandize, and daily operations across the store.

You will recruit and develop Teammates while ensuring guest satisfaction and visual standards are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising sales activities, delivering legendary service, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions about store and merchandise
• Recommend, locate, and help obtain merchandise based on Guest needs
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices
• Meet or exceed personal sales per hour and net sales goals set by Store Management
• Provide legendary service across the front, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area
• Fill out and use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) to accomplish goals
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and attentiveness
• Communicate Guest levels to the Team and Manager
