The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandise execution, and guest service in a retail setting. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and mentor Teammates while upholding Buckle’s standards and mission.

Responsibilities include daily sales generation, guest engagement, visual merchandising, and operational leadership to ensure a seamless shopping experience for Guests.

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product knowledge and locating merchandise.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and customer interactions.
• Support store operations including merchandising, zones, and loss prevention.
• Participate in recruiting and training of Teammates to sustain Buckle standards.
