Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the store’s mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to boost sales and recruit teammates.

This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will lead by example, provide legendary service, and help maintain store standards while developing

Qualifications
