Qualifications

• Networking fundamentals — basic concepts like Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, IPs, routers and switches.
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues independently.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on on-site and remote support for grocery, hospitality, and retail tech.
• Lead installations from delivery through documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across client sites.
• Support inventory systems and POS hardware.
• Travel to client sites; company vehicle provided.
