Job summary

North Country is seeking a Field Service Technician in Duluth, MN to provide hands-on, on-site support for grocery, hospitality, and retail clients. You’ll troubleshoot POS, payment, and inventory systems, install new hardware, and keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on computer and technology experience.
• Familiarity with IT, networking, Wi‑Fi, PC hardware, and basic troubleshooting.
• Comfortable providing hands-on technical support at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site.
• Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems.
• Travel to client sites (company vehicle provided).
• Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation.
