Job summary

North Country Business Products in Duluth, MN is seeking a Field Support Technician to provide hands-on, on-site technical support for grocery, hospitality, and retail clients. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, install and deploy advanced retail systems, and travel to client locations with a company vehicle.

After 6 months you may become eligible for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving you ownership in the company as you solve problems and drive uptime

Qualifications

• Hands-on computer and technology experience.
• Experience with IT, networking, Wi‑Fi, and basic troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Learn POS systems through our training program.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on-site and remotely.
• Install and deploy retail systems at client sites.
• Travel to client sites using company vehicle and lead installation projects.
