Job summary

North Country Business Products, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to deliver hands-on, on-site support for grocery, hospitality, and retail clients in the Duluth area. You will learn POS systems, troubleshoot hardware and software, and install retail solutions.

The role includes travel to client sites with a company vehicle provided, and after six months you may participate in the ESOP program, aligning personal success with company performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on computer and technology experience, with problem-solving focus.
• Familiarity with IT, networking, Wi‑Fi, and hardware is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites and install systems.

Responsibilities
