Job summary

North Country is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver hands-on on-site support for grocery, hospitality, and retail clients. You’ll troubleshoot POS, networking, and hardware, install and deploy systems, and travel to client sites in a company vehicle.

After 6 months you’ll be eligible for our ESOP, turning your work into ownership and shared profits. This role blends fieldwork with office coordination and offers growth toward leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on computer and technology experience required.
• Familiarity with IT, networking, Wi-Fi, computer hardware, and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ethic demanded.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for POS, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Lead installation and deployment of retail tech at client sites.
• Travel to client locations using company vehicle; ensure systems run smoothly.
