Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on computer and technology experience with troubleshooting focus.
• Familiarity with IT, networking, Wi‑Fi, hardware and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn POS systems through training program.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues remotely and on-site.
• Install and deploy retail systems.
• Travel to client sites; company vehicle provided.
• Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation.
