Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (as specified, close to 50–65%).

• Ability to work on-site at customer locations and with remote support tools.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot & Repair – diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on high-tech packaging machines.
• Install & Maintain – set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment at customer locations.
• Remote & On-Site Support – provide expert assistance both in person and via remote support technology.
• Customer Engagement – deliver top-tier service while training customers on proper machine operation.
• Team Collaboration – work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and service managers.
