Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair Canon-supported products. The role requires equipment handling, customer-facing work, and on-site maintenance across assigned territories.

The position supports 24/7 shift work, travel as needed, and adherence to customer policies, including potential vaccination requirements. Competitive benefits and full-time on-site commitment accompany the role.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and completing the PDIF new-hire class.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups and basic troubleshooting.
• Meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Provide direction to less experienced technicians and maintain Canon property.
• Provide solutions for escalated technical and/or customer service issues for any territory.
