Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a field service-oriented technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Canon equipment at customer sites in the U.S. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and adherence to Canon standards. Ideal candidates will have basic IT/ne twork knowledge, ability to travel, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Willingness to travel and obtain required security clearances.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stay active over 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups and basic diagnostics.
• Meet and exceed customer demands with efficient, responsive field service.
• Maintain all Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Provide direction to less experienced technicians and escalate as needed.
