Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Columbus region. This client‑facing role services lottery retail locations, performing installs, relocations, preventative maintenance and repairs on gaming and POS equipment.

You will travel to sites, train customers, troubleshoot hardware and software, and build lasting relationships while maintaining safety standards, a clean driving record, and willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to travel overnight if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation and relocation of company equipment at lottery retail locations.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on equipment.
• Record service call information and communicate issues to management.
