Job summary

Formlabs in Newark, NJ is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate and train customers on our 3D printing systems on site. You will travel 80%+ to customer locations, diagnose electromechanical issues, and perform critical repairs to minimize downtime.

You will manage on-site logistics, document installations and trainings in Salesforce, and work independently with minimal supervision. A STEM degree and hands-on repair experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field.
• Hands-on repair experience and ability to travel 80%+.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and 3D printing technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and train customers on Formlabs systems on site.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly and perform on-site repairs.
• Maintain installation records and travel documentation (e.g., Salesforce).
