Job summary

Formlabs in Newark, NJ seeks a Field Service Technician to install, train and repair 3D printing systems for customers across North America. You will travel 80%+ to on-site locations, perform commissioning, live demonstrations and ensure rapid, single-visit resolutions.

Documentation in Salesforce and collaboration with Global Services are required. A STEM degree, hands-on repair experience, valid passport, and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
• Hands-on repair experience required.
• Passport valid for international travel required.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ of the time.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and on-site user training at customer sites.
• Break-fix and preventive maintenance with rapid response to downtime.
• Document installations, trainings and repairs in Salesforce; manage travel logistics.
