Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the primary technical contact across North America. You will travel 80%+ to install, calibrate, train users, and demonstrate our 3D printing systems at customer sites.

You will diagnose electromechanical issues, perform on-site repairs, and document work in Salesforce while benefiting from equity, healthcare, 401(k), parental leave, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• Hands-on repair experience.
• Valid passport required.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Conduct structured on-site user training and live product demos.
• Perform rapid break-fix maintenance and preventative service.
• Document installations, training, and repairs in Salesforce.
