Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission new 3D printing systems on customer sites.
• Provide on-site user training and live product demonstrations.
• Perform rapid on-site repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electromechanical issues to achieve single-visit resolutions.
• Manage travel logistics and document installations, trainings, and repairs in Salesforce.
