Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Service Technician for North America to travel 80%+ to customer sites in the Newark area, install, train, and service our 3D printing systems. You will lead on-site installations, teach customers how to operate the machinery and software, and perform critical repairs.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree, hands-on repair experience, a valid passport, and the ability to work independently while traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• Hands-on repair experience is required.
• Ability to travel 80%+ and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and calibrate new 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Conduct structured on-site training for customers.
• Perform rapid break-fix and preventative maintenance with high uptime.
• Document installations, trainings and repairs in Salesforce.
