Job summary

Formlabs in Denver is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, train customers, and perform on-site repairs across North America. The role requires traveling 80%+ of the time, strong technical and repair skills, and the ability to work independently at customer sites.

You will manage installations, provide user training, document activities in Salesforce, and coordinate travel logistics while upholding Formlabs' standards for service quality and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• Hands-on repair experience.
• Valid passport.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Customer Training: travel to sites to install, calibrate, and train users.
• Break-Fix & Preventative Maintenance: rapid response and scheduled maintenance.
• Logistics & Reporting: manage travel, document installations and repairs in Salesforce.
