Job summary

Boldyn Networks Italia is seeking a Field Services Representative in Fort Worth, TX to support campus IT infrastructure and users. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and peripherals, troubleshoot network issues, and manage accounts and equipment for onboarding and terminations.

The role requires 1–3 years of Windows/Mac hardware support, familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint Online, AD, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• Position requires Help Desk Level II skills and 1–3 years in Windows/Mac hardware and software support.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and basic Linux may be needed.
• Familiarity with Office 365/SharePoint Online and collaboration tools.
• Understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking.
• Experience with remote desktop support and cloud services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers onsite and remotely.
• Respond to outages and coordinate prompt resolutions.
• Manage onsite hardware and peripherals (laptops, desktops, printers).
• Configure and support systems, Office 365, and SharePoint Online.
• Maintain ticket queues and update escalation tickets.
• Prepare equipment for deployment and handle inventory thresholds.
