Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Services Representative to support Union College in Schenectady, NY. The role involves delivering on-site IT infrastructure services, responding to outages, and maintaining strong customer relationships while upholding company policies.

You will configure and support laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices across Windows and Mac environments, manage help desk tickets, and coordinate installations with vendors and campus teams.

Qualifikationen

• Help Desk Level II equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to outages within 24–48 hour SLAs.
• Configure, install, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other hardware across Windows, Mac OS, and Linux environments.
• Manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot end-user issues, and resolve basic LAN/WiFi/networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Administer user accounts and access (Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Dropbox for Business, VoIP).
• Coordinate installations and onsite activities with vendors and campus teams while following policy and end-user agreements.
