Job summary

Boldyn Networks in Schenectady, NY seeks a Field Services Representative to support Union College. You will deliver on-site IT support, configure hardware, manage tickets, and uphold 24–48 hour SLAs while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You'll work across Windows and Mac environments, handle Office 365/Exchange and SharePoint Online tasks, coordinate campus installations, and partner with vendors to ensure reliable equipment and services for campus users.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows or Mac OS hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to outages within 24–48 hour SLAs.
• Configure, install, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, printers across Windows/Mac OS environments.
• Manage help desk tickets and resolve basic LAN/WiFi/network issues (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Administer user accounts (Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint Online).
• Train end-users and maintain equipment inventory; coordinate vendor support.
• Coordinate installations and on-site activities following company policies.
• Complete reporting and documentation; handle escalations as needed.
