Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Facility Ambassador for our San Francisco on-site team. You will serve as the key link between clients, employees, and workplace services, handling tickets, events, vendor relations, and daily operations to ensure seamless facilities performance.

You will work with facility management and engineering teams, contribute to cost controls, and support a high‑touch hospitality experience for occupants while upholding service level agreements and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in hospitality, vendor management, facility or event coordination.
• Proven event planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and manage tickets in CMMS from creation to resolution.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Plan and execute events, meetings, and conference room setups with logistics and catering.
• Manage third-party vendors, service delivery, invoices, and unresolved items.
• Support facility management with budgeting, purchasing, and tactical planning.
• Provide on-site reception support, building access, mail/courier, and office supplies.
• Collect and report data to monitor KPIs and identify process improvements.
