The position emphasizes strong communication, meticulous organization, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent service levels and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in hospitality, events ops, property mgmt or related field.
• Strong customer-focused mentality and hospitality passion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous organization and time management; detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Walk the site at least four hours daily to engage with customers by name and build relationships.
• Conduct daily site walks with a detailed checklist to ensure flawless workspace execution.
• Keep meeting rooms and equipment in ready-to-use condition when unoccupied.
• Act as main point of contact for inquiries and respond within one day, prioritizing urgent matters.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management and external vendors to support workspace functionality.
• Perform hands-on admin duties: stock pantries, enforce workplace policies, consolidate feedback into monthly reports.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and support team wellbeing.
