Job summary

You will perform room setups, coordinate with contractors, and conduct quality audits of event spaces while collaborating with multiple teams to maintain top-notch service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; flexible scheduling for early morning and evening events.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for preferred qualifications.
• Experience in event planning, facilities management or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook or similar office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event room setups and work with external contractors.
• Support day-to-day running of the office and events; perform quality audits of spaces.
• Assist with internal event coordination and scheduling within SLA timelines.
• Provide timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers via email and system updates.
• Promote health and safety practices across events and facilities teams.
