Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facility Project Manager - Operations to oversee capital and operational projects across a multi-building portfolio for a single client account in Chicago. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and contractor performance to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field, with 5+ years of PM experience in CRE/facilities/construction.
• Experience with project management software, budgeting tools, and client reporting platforms.
• Strong organizational skills to manage overlapping timelines, resources, and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital, tenant, and facility upgrade projects across multiple buildings.
• Develop integrated schedules and optimize contractor mobilization across locations.
• Coordinate with engineers, property management, and on-site teams to align timelines with life-safety requirements and tenant schedules.
