The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and financial acumen. A high school diploma is the minimum education, with proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to analyze reports for the purpose of ensuring compliance with scope of work.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 3rd party soft service providers including janitorial, security, landscaping, snow removal, trash and recycling, pest control, and mail/shipping.
• Directly manage the JLL Maintenance Associate team that provides mail/shipping and light maintenance services.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our Client.
• Responsible for the JLL and Client vendor service budget. Provide financial reporting as required.
• Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through JLL and Client systems.
• Manage JLL and Client requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
• Collaborate to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus.
• Work closely with the site Facility Manager on day-to-day operations and assist the Account Director in planning the facilities team’s goals and objectives.
• Ensure appropriate follow up with customers.
• Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
• Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
