Job summary

JLL is seeking a Hard/Soft Services Manager to oversee client service and site operations at Annandale, NJ. You will manage 3rd party soft service providers and the JLL Maintenance Associate team, ensuring quality and budget adherence.

Focus on fostering strong client relationships, evaluating vendor contracts, and driving process improvements to elevate service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education - Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Experience - 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets for projects and operations.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives.
• Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze reports for the purpose of ensuring compliance with scope of work.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Strong working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 3rd party soft service providers including janitorial, security, landscaping, snow removal, trash & recycling, pest control, and mail/shipping.
• Directly manage the JLL Maintenance Associate team that provides mail/shipping and light maintenance services.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our Client.
• Responsible for the JLL and Client vendor service budget. Provide financial reporting as required.
• Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through JLL and Client systems.
• Manage JLL and Client requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
• Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus.
• Work closely with the site Facility Manager on day-to-day operations and assist the Account Director in planning the facilities team’s goals and objectives.
• Ensure appropriate follow up with customers.
• Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
• Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
