Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager in Annandale, NJ to oversee hard/soft services and ensure exceptional client service. You will manage 3rd party soft service providers, maintain budgets, and collaborate with the Client to elevate service quality and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education - High school diploma; 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Finance-oriented with ability to manage project budgets and reports.
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 3rd party soft service providers including janitorial, security, landscaping, snow removal, trash & recycling, pest control, and mail/shipping.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the Client.
• Manage budgets and provide financial reporting as required.
• Assist in vendor contract development and procurement.
• Ensure follow-up with customers and drive service quality.
