You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, driving reliability and efficiency while aligning with client standards and budgetary constraints.

The role demands seven+ years of engineering experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a focus on safety and service excellence within a global real estate services

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of building engineering experience with HVAC, electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS/BMS and life-safety systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and provide client-focused service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient operations and maintenance of facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life-safety systems.
• Provide strategic direction for maintenance team and ensure safety procedures.
• Oversee capital improvements and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets and SLA compliance.
• Foster positive client relationships through clear communication.
