Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Reno, NV to support the Facilities Manager in delivering maintenance, repair, procurement, and supplier management across client properties, while strengthening relationships with site occupants.

You will work to meet site KPIs, manage work orders, assist in budgets, and help implement IFM best practices and short- and long-term improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while maintaining client satisfaction with Facility Management services and supporting customer satisfaction programs.
• Interface with property occupants and provide site support M/F - 8am to 5pm while handling escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols.
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors while meeting or exceeding site KPIs and assisting with monthly SLA monitoring to identify challenges and plan corrective actions.
• Demonstrate collaboration within the account team by driving IFM best practices and innovations.
• Assist in development and management of operating and capital budgets while supporting the Facilities Manager on short and long-term client projects.
• Assist in development and implementation of annual management plans while achieving key performance indicators.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients while maximizing supplier and contractor utilization.
