Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Site Lead for Integrated Facilities Management to oversee site operations, lead a cross-functional FM team, and manage supplier relationships. The role focuses on continuous improvement, contract compliance, and safe workplace delivery.

You will drive budgeting, implement SOPs, and coordinate with stakeholders to align with client expectations and regional rollout plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams and services
• Proven experience in facilities management with leadership of cross-functional teams and supply chain partners
• Strong background in entertainment or similar fast-paced industry with understanding of complex business operations
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management including operating and capital budgets
• Proven track record in vendor management including contract negotiation, quality control, and cost optimization
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and scalable processes from scratch
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related matters and build relationships with client stakeholders
• Lead and manage a diverse FM team and supply chain partners
• Drive continuous improvements and high-impact initiatives to enhance the client workplace experience
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and corporate policies
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets for hard and soft services
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for quality service delivery and negotiations
• Prepare and present monthly reports and QBRs on operations and issues escalations
