Job summary

JLL in Boulder, CO is seeking a Facilities Coordinator - Events to manage on-site events, space scheduling, and campus operations. You will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless service and build strong vendor relationships.

This role requires physical setups, ladder work, and flexible hours for events. You will conduct safety checks, maintain accurate records, and support emergency plans while coordinating activities across multiple Colorado campuses.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with IT tools, platforms, and calendar systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
• Physical capability to perform active setups (lifting, pushing, and moving tables, chairs, and event decor) and ladder work.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to adjust standard working hours to support event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site events, meetings, and conference setups.
• Partner with clients and internal support teams for seamless service delivery.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and safety assessments.
• Respond to work orders and track repairs to completion with KPIs.
• Provide direction to third-party vendors and coordinate onsite activities.
• Maintain campus records and emergency plans.
