Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of mechanical, HVAC and building systems.
• Experience with steam plants and storm water treatment facilities preferred.
• Ability to manage unions and coordinate with multiple service providers.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and KPI tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering & Maintenance teams and supervise union-represented technicians.
• Maintain financial controls and asset management; ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee CMMS workflows, create KPI dashboards and reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce JLL procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with facility managers, laboratories and contractors on site.
