Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Facilities Operations Manager for the East Syracuse campus. You will lead engineering and maintenance teams, manage operations, and ensure financial controls and asset management while coordinating with security and janitorial staff.

You will apply knowledge of steam plants, storm water systems, and building infrastructure to sustain safe, compliant facilities with KPI reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• As a Facilities Operations Manager you will oversee mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems.
• You will supervise steam plants and storm water treatment facilities where applicable.
• You will ensure safety, compliance and maintain KPI dashboards for performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering & Maintenance teams and manage site operations.
• Maintain rigorous financial controls and asset management.
• Coordinate with security, fire protection and janitorial service providers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and JLL processes.
