Qualifications

• 7+ years of building engineering experience focusing on HVAC, refrigeration, and system design.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with ability to manage a technical team.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; skilled in MS Office suite.
• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and EPA Universal certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, staffing, and performance of the technical team.
• Coordinate with EH&S and account management to ensure safety and compliance.
• Track and manage budgets, forecasts, and work orders.
• Communicate owner/landlord processes to engineers and contractors.
• Identify and implement policies and best practices.
