Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Merritt Island, FL portfolio. You will partner with the Facilities Manager to ensure daily operations, performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, and lead critical improvement projects.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating stakeholders, conducting inspections, and driving cost efficiency while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management or building operations.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and BAS/BMS.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read technical drawings, equipment specs, and building codes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; customer service oriented.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Facilities Manager to oversee daily property operations and ensure systems function efficiently.
• Lead facility improvement projects from conception to completion within budgets and timelines.
• Conduct regular property inspections and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relations, develop specs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Respond to tenant service requests and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
