Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and coordinate with robotics and controls technicians.
• Ensure safety standards are met and oversee safety programs.
• Manage on-call emergencies and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and track KPIs.
• Schedule tickets and manage budgets.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
• Maintain inventory and perform audits.
