Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and flag repairs or malfunctions.
• Serve as site point of contact for vendors and on-site repairs.
• Coordinate cleaning, trash pickups, furniture installs, and safety training.
• Manage access control, including badges and temporary passes.
• Oversee P-Card spend, budgets, and receipt uploads.
• Lead weekly site meetings and daily team stand-ups.
• Coordinate catering and site meal deliveries.
• Create and track tickets for facility requests and maintenance.
