Job summary

JLL is seeking a Building Engineer in Nashville, TN to act as the technical backbone of our facilities, ensuring critical building systems operate at peak efficiency. You will maintain complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to safety. Experience with CMMS (Corrigo) and EPA 608 certification are preferred for this on-site position at

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering including HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Document performance and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Provide safe, professional client service and participate in on-call rotation.
