Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Experience with CMMS and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS).
• Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance management for service providers.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage capital projects from planning through completion, including renovations and infrastructure improvements.
• Analyze facility data to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workplace strategy and space utilization.
